PRIME-TASS. Assets held by Bank Rossiya, headquartered in Saint Petersburg, after Gazenergoprombanks takeover, totaled Rub 220 bln as of September 1, 2010, the bank said in a press release, Prime-TASS reported.
Funds raised from the merged banks customers came to Rub 185 bln, including Rub 25 bln of private funds. The credit portfolio topped Rub 75 bln, securities investments, including promissory notes of external issuers, amounted to Rub 64.5 bln. The lending institutions own funds (equity) reached Rub 20.4 bln and the capital adequacy ratio came in at 15%.
For the record, on August 2, 2010 Bank Rossiyas reorganization in the form of Gazenergoprombanks takeover was finalized.
