GAZPROMBANK Equity Capital Undergoes Changes

​ NEW FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGIES, Russia’s GAZPROMBANK subsidiary, has increased its share in the bank from 4.0% to 10.6%. Before that, GAZPROMBANK’s board recommended that shareholders approve the decision. The bank is to issue 6.67 million common shares, each having a nominal value of R1,000, and will thereafter sell them at not less than R23.2b to DRESDNER BANK AG under a preliminary agreement.
