The Moscow court of arbitration has invalidated the Central Bank of Russia’s ruling to deny Moscow’s EAST BRIDGE BANK’s access to the Russian deposit insurance system. The court has also invalidated the CBR decision to bar the bank from attracting private deposits and obligated the CBR to consider the bank’s application to join the deposit insurance system.
