The Moscow Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeals has rejected EAST BRIDGE BANK’s claims against the Central Bank of Russia which blocked the bank access to the deposit insurance system. In late February 2006, the Moscow Court of Arbitration obligated the Central Bank to hold another supervision board meeting to discuss the bank’s request to provide services to private clients.
