Russia’s YARSOTSBANK (Yaroslavl) has signed an agreement with the Yaroslavl municipal and regional administrations. The agreement lays the foundations for the start of the mortgage lending program. The regional and municipal authorities will finance part of downpayments, while the bank will provide mortgage loans.
