Three of Tyumenagroprombank’s six majority shareholders, including the board chairman, pulled out of the lending institution. They sold their holdings to minority shareholders, the bank’s materials show.

Alexander Zmushko, Andrei Ivanov and Andrei Berezin who hold stakes equaling around 16% of the voting shares cut their holdings to zero, the bank reported. The bank’s shareholders, whose stakes in the bank’s charter capital previously equaled 0.000378%, in turn, upped their interest. The shares were purchased by the bank’s minority shareholders, namely Nikolai Khmaruk, Alexei Vlasenko, Yury Posazhennikov, Vasily Romanko, Alexander Gamora and Igor Andreev.
