The East European Finance Corporation (Russian acronym VEFK) has taken over 94% of shares in the Moscow ROST bank. Market participants estimate the seventh bank acquired by Alexander Gitelson’s corporation at $11—19 million. Before that the corporation bought MDM BANK SAINT PETERSBURG.
