Moscow’s BINBANK has launched a special-purpose lending program for purchasing small-capacity vessels and Russian and foreign-made snow-going vehicles and off-roaders worth not less than R60,000. Credits are provided for one to five years. The minimum credit is set at R10,000, while the maximum credit is R3.5 million. The downpayment is 20% of the cost of a vehicle. The interest rate is set at 11% annually in roubles disregarding the credit term. Early redemption is stipulated.
