The Central Bank of Russia (CBR) has registered a report on the issue of MASTER BANK’s bonds. The Moscow bank has issued R1.2 billion in 03-series bonds. On December 6, 1.2 million bonds were placed via open subscription. Each bond had a nominal value of R1,000. Bonds will circulate for five years (1,820 days).
