RUSSIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK (RDB, Moscow) will to introduce a new service on the basis of call center to allow corporate clients to check accounts by phone in the tone dial mode. Additionally, in early 2008, the bank plans to launch a new remote banking service for factoring contracts. The service will enable clients not only to see the current state of contract, paid invoices, and the state of settlements with debtors, but also take part in the business process.
