PROMSVYAZ CAPITAL B. V. (The Netherlands), the principal shareholder of PROMSVYAZBANK, has become the owner of 95.07% of VOLGOPROMBANK (Volgograd). Prior to that, PROMSVYAZ CAPITAL did not own VOLGOPROMBANK shares. According to earlier reports, PROMSVYAZ CAPITAL signed an agreement with the principal shareholder of VOLGOPROMBANK, Oleg Mikheyev, on the acquisition of control in VOLGOPROMBANK. The deal parameters are undisclosed. At present, 15.3% of PROMSVYAZBANK’s equity capital belongs to Germany’s COMMERZBANK, the beneficiaries of other shares are brothers Dmitry and Alexey Ananyev.
