As of December 1, 2014 Oleg Minaev has been appointed chairman of Sobinbank’s management board, the lending institution says in a press release.
The bank emphasizes that the candidature of the new management board chairman was agreed upon with the regulator and approved by Sobinbank’s board of directors.
As posted on the bank’s website, Oleg Minaev was borne in 1971. He graduated from the Saint Petersburg State Forest Technical University in 1993 and the same year he pursued a banking career.
Minaev held various executive positions at Guta-Bank, Menatep SPb and Bank Rossiya.
