RAEX affirms Petrocommerce at A+, withdraws rating

Russian rating agency RAEX (Expert RA) has affirmed Petrocommerce's creditworthiness rating at A+ (the very high level of creditworthiness), and withdrew the rating as it expired and the bank refused to have it updated.

Until the end of 2015 Petrocommerce is planned to go through reorganization by folding it into Bank FC Otkritie.
