The Bank of Russia registered a report on the issue of SMP Bank's additional common shares.
Boris Rotenberg bought 100% of the additional share issue, which totaled Rub 2,367,125,060. After the additional share issue the bank's total capital totaled nearly Rub 25.5 bln.
This capital uplift was carried out as part of SMP Bank's obligation to the DIA as to increase capital by at least 50% of the federal loan bonds that the bank received.
To remind, SMP Bank received federal loan bonds worth over Rub 4.7 bln from the Deposit Insurance Agency (DIA) as part of the capital injection program.
