Asian-Pacific Bank takes over Kolyma-Bank and Kamchatprombank

Asian-Pacific Bank has taken over Kolyma-Bank and Kamchatprombank. For the record, the bank’s shareholders decided on the reorganization in February 2010 and the merged bank commenced operations under the unified brand (Asian-Pacific Bank).

Now the bank’s network consists of over 140 units in 14 constituent entities of Russia, its equity capital stands at Rub 4 bln and assets are in excess of Rub 35 bln. The lending institution’s charter capital is equal to Rub 554.29 mln.

Based on Banki.ru data, as of April 1, 2010 the lender’s assets stood at Rub 24.2 bln (109th place in Russia), capital (calculated in line with CBR requirements) totaled Rub 2.9 bln, the credit portfolio amounted to Rub 12.6 bln and obligations to households came to Rub 12 bln.
