Investtorgbank appointed Nikolay Melnikov deputy board chairman, the banks press service reported. In the new capacity he will oversee issues related to the banks regional expansion.
Nikolay Melnikov was born in 1968. He is a graduate of the Ordzhonikidze Aviation University (Moscow) and the Plekhanov Academy of Economics (finance and banking as a major). From 2004 to 2007 he worked as executive board chairman at Vladimir Industrial Bank. Earlier, he held managerial positions at a number of commercial banks, including Bank Jugras deputy executive board chairman.
According to news agency Banki.ru and Interfax-CEA, Investtorgbanks net assets total Rub 26.30 bln (86th place in Russia). The bank is a member of Russias deposit insurance system. Currently, the bank has 11 shareholders. The lending institutions present beneficial owners are its top managers: Vladimir Gudkov, Yaroslav Kalagursky, Vitaly Glevich, Vladimir Udaltsov, Evgeny Rodionov, as well as Natalia Kolosh and Elena Feofanova.
