ТАСС/TASS. Russian banks, including Vnesheconombank and VTB Bank, could become arrangers of a $5 bln credit facility for Iran, Deputy Energy Minister of Russia Anatoly Yanovsky told journalists, Bloomberg wired.
"Most likely, it will be banks," he said, commenting on information about a potential loan to Iran, noting there could be VTB Bank and VEB.
The media wired on Wednesday that Russia and Iran are discussing the possibility of setting up a Russian-Iranian bank to fund joint projects.
