VTB Bank's supervisory board decided to appoint Olga Dergunova to the position of the bank's deputy president and management board chairman as of the day when her candidature is agreed upon with the Moscow Chief Territorial Directorate of the Central Bank of Russia, the lending institution's press service reported.
In her capacity, Olga Dergunova will oversee comprehensive integration of IT platforms as part of the upcoming consolidation of VTB Group.
Olga Dergunova worked at VTB Bank from 2007 through 2012, served as a management board member at VTB Bank and led the bank's second corporate block of operations with big customers. She left VTB Bank as she was appointed Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Head of the Federal Agency of State Property Management.
She was relieved of her duties as the deputy minister and head of the Federal Agency of State Property Management by the government's order dated April 12, 2016.
