The bank noted that Bank VTB management board member Nikolay Tsekhomsky who supervised the finance department is to leave the bank due to his move to another company.
Bank VTB also reported that senior vice president Alexander Yastrib was appointed head of the bank’s risks department. In his new capacity he’ll be responsible for the timely identification of unfavorable trends, the amount, dynamics and concentration of credit, operating and market risks of VTB Group, their distribution by regions, sectors, separate counteragents, financial products and instruments in order to prevent financial losses.
Evgeny Novikov, the risks department’s previous director, will continue to work at VTB Group in a new capacity.
Herbert Moos was borne on June 14, 1972. He graduated fr om the Kiev State University with honors majoring in finance and economics and the London School of Business with the M.S.F. degree. He joined VTB Group in 2008 as CEO of VTB Capital plc. Before that he worked for 14 years at Lehman Brothers holding various positions, including as the finance director for the Asia Pacific Region (excluding Japan) and the head of the treasury office for the Asia Pacific Region.
Alexander Yastrib was borne on December 29, 1968 in Moscow. He graduated fr om the Moscow State Automobile and Road Institute. He’s worked in the banking system since 1995. He worked at Probusinessbank. He jointed Guta-Bank (currently VTB 24) in 2005 where he held office as senior vice president, director of the development and network distribution department and management board member. Since 2006 he has held the following positions: Bank VTB senior vice president, head of the division for the development of investment business, head of the products and corporate business support unit, and head of the risks department.
