Rosstat: real disposable household income grows 6.5% in 4M

PRIME-TASS. Real disposable personal income of the Russians (calculated minus mandatory payments and adjusted to the consumer price index) jumped 6.5% y-o-y in January-April, the Federal Statistics Service (Rosstat) said in a statement.

In April real disposable household income grew 3.7% on the year and rose 6.9% against this March.

Average income per capita totaled Rub 18,721.00 in April 2010 or 10.2% higher than in April 2009 and 7.1% more than in March 2010.

The monthly average accrued nominal wage in Russia equaled Rub 20,383.00 in April, representing a 12.4% increase compared to April 2009 and a 1% drop against March 2010.

Real wages rose 6% y-o-y, but declined 1.3% vs. March 2010.
