MOODY’S Rates EXPOBANK

MOODY’S has assigned Moscow’s EXPOBANK a long-term foreign currency deposit rating of ’B3’. The bank has the Not-Prime short-term rating and the ’E+’ financial stability rating. The outlook is stable.
