Moscow’s CONVERSEBANK has become a nominal holder of 99.629% of shares of the GRAN bank (Yekaterinburg). As of August 1, 2006, GRAN assets have reached R3.6b, own equity — R409.1 million, authorized capital — R240m. In August, CONVERSEBANK became the nominal holder of 98.4% of the VORONEZH INDUSTRIAL BANK, whose merger with the IFG CONVERSEBANK will be finalized at the end of the year.
