According to the newspaper, the BINBANK (Moscow) shareholding was re-registered from NAFTA MOSCOW to TITON. The change in the bank’s shareholders register occurred on August 23. Earlier, NAFTA MOSCOW owned 19.99% of bank shares. According to unofficial data, TITON is controlled by shareholders of the oil company and a change of the formal owner was prompted by the on-going restructuring at the company. The beneficiary of NAFTA MAOSCOW is Suleiman Kerimov.
