A total of 1,300 employees of the Central Bank of Russia own shares in various commercial banks, said Georgy Luntovsky, the first deputy chairman of the CBR. According to Luntovsky, CBR employees mostly own shares in SBERBANK. Luntovsky will possibly buy SBERBANK shares at a secondary market, because he needs them as a member of SBERBANK supervisory board. At present, Luntovsky does not have SBERBANK shares.
