CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW (MKB) is introducing new requirements to mortgage borrowers. The bank lifted restrictions on the minimum length of service at the last place of employment. Now, a one-year total length of service is sufficient to receive a loan. The mandatory documentary verification of profit by employer at the place of employment has been cancelled. The potential borrower may verify the profit with one of the three methods: a 2-NDFL form, a bank form or oral (by phone) income confirmation by the employer. Other requirements remained unchanged.
