FinAktiv picks up 17% of Investbank

Investbank reported that Martis Company LLC became its shareholder. The bank’s shares (17% of the charter capital) were assigned to FinAktiv LLC.

Moreover, the bank also said Sergei Zaitsev has been appointed deputy supervisory board chairman.
