Promsvyazbank (Moscow) has expanded into the money transfer market, now offering rapid money transfers to Ukraine without opening an account. Under an agreement signed between the bank and the Ukrainian Kreshchatyk bank, dollar and euro transfers may be made in more than 20 Ukrainian cities, including Kiev, Odessa, Lvov, Kharkov and Vinnitsa.
The money transfer is made within three hours. The commission is set at 2.0% of the amount.
Promsvyazbank operates jointly with banks in Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan under a rapid money transfer program. The bank also acts as Western Union and Anelik payment systems agent.
