Ivan Pyatkov who previously served at the Bank of Moscow as head of remote services and sales has been appointed vice president of the lending institution. On his new post he will oversee the development of the bank's retail products, remote marketing channels, e-business and CRM, the financial institution specified in a press release.
Ivan Pyatkov graduated from the Russian State University of Commerce and Economics (he studied at the University's Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk branch), and obtained an additional degree in management under programs of the Open University (UK). In 2012 he attended courses at the London branch of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Pyatkov has been in banking business for over 17 years. From 2002 through 2006 he ran the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk branch of the Bank of Moscow, and from 2006 he was employed at VTB 24 (in 2008 he took helm of its sales division in Moscow as a vice president, was busy coordinating sales of retail products at the bank's Moscow network, the development of the bank's network, the operation of the auto lending center and arranged direct sales). From 2011 Ivan Pyatkov was head of retail products and segments at Promsvyazbank. He has served as head of remote services and sales at the Bank of Moscow since 2013.
"Last year the Bank of Moscow managed to deliver stellar results in both the retail segment and the development of remote banking services. The new appointment will only solidify the bank's retail team which, I am sure, will attain the same high results already being part of VTB Bank's retail division," Bank of Moscow deputy president and management board chairman Vladimir Verkhoshinsky commented on the appointment.
