Bank deposit issue

I went to an tinkoff atm, at street Krupskoy, in city Smolensk where i deposited some amount. But the atm wasn't working properly so the atm took the money but it was not credited on my mobile application, it was not showing on the atm too that the money has been credited. So, i contacted the support service of the bank and made a call to a support from the application. Her name was Ekaterina, on 3rd Nov, 2023, at 17:30 she asked me give her some information about my name, deposit time and atm no. After that my call got disconnected. She contacted me immediately, and told me to wait as she is resolving the issue. She resolved the problem in 5 mins and my money deposit was showing in the app. I was extremely overwhelmed with the response. Also, she conversed with me in english. I really appreciate it.
