INVESTSBERBANK (Moscow) has provided E10 million in customs guarantees to the Ukrainian SOYUZ VICTAN company, the bank’s press service has reported. In 2005, SOYUZ VICTAN was recognised as the CIS largest producer of alcoholic beverages.
