Russia’s CENTRINVEST bank (Rostov) has disclosed the shareholding structure. RENAISSANCE CAPITAL has increased its share in the bank. The EBRD holds 27.45% of shares, with 22.45% owned by the German Investment and Development Corporation (DEG), 22.45% by top managers, 9.9% by the FIREBIRD fund, 8.2% by the RENAISSANCE CAPITAL FINANCE fund and 3.6% by RAIFFEISENLANDESBANK OBEROESTERREICH.
