The MOSCOW CREDIT BANK is offering credits for the construction of a country cottage against the security of land. Credits are denominated in U.S. dollars and roubles. Its amount may range from $25,000 to $750,000 or R700,000 to R10,000,000, term is under 10 years. The interest rate on dollar credits is 12.5%, provided the income is confirmed by form 2-NDFL or 13.5% if income verification is done in an alternative way. The interest rates for rouble credits are 13.5% or 14.5%, respectively. The maximum credit amount under that program may reach 75% of collateral value.
