The Moscow Bank for Reconstruction and Development (MBRD) is offering new opportunities to operate the Internet Banking system. Bank clients will be able to pay household bills via the Internet Banking system. The commission is set at 1.5% of the amount of the transfer. Internet Banking clients will also be able to receive bank statements, transfer funds between bank card accounts and make payments to mass service providers.
