RIA NOVOSTI. During the first nine months of 2011 Nomos-Bank raised its net profit (less minority interest) drafted to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) by 7% to Rub 5.81 bln from Rub 5.4 bln a year ago, RIA Novosti wired.
In the July-September quarter the bank earned Rub 713 mln, or 2.4x less than in the year-earlier period (Rub 1.74 bln).
The numbers released outpaced the consensus forecast made on the poll of analysts who expected the bank’s net profit less income of minority shareholders at Rub 570 mln in 3Q, and, generally, around Rub 5.7 bln in January-September.
