VEDOMOSTI. Alexander Mechetin, management board chairman of alcohol producer Sinergiya (Beluga, Russky led, Myagkov, Belenkaya and other brands), acquired a 34.5% interest in Royal Credit Bank (Komsomolsk-on-Amur), Vedomosti business daily wrote citing the Federal Anti-Trust Service (FAS).
The newspaper noted that now Mechetin holds 50.95% of the bank’s voting shares.
