Pochta Bank shareholders, VTB Bank and Russian Post, elected on January 25, 2016 members of the supervisory board, members of the bank's executive board are specified on the website of Leto Bank, based on which the new lending institution will be established.
The supervisory board's chairman will be elected next week, Leto Bank's press service told Banki.ru.
The following people were elected to Pochta Bank's supervisory board: Russian Post general director Dmitry Strashnov, Russian Post deputy general director for financial business Vladimie Salakhutdinov, advisor to the president of Skolkovo for startups, member of Russian Post's strategic development council Pekka Viljakainen, VTB Bank CFO, deputy president and management board chairman Herbert Moos, VTB 24 CEO Mikhail Zadornov, VTB 24 head of retail Ekaterina Petelina, VTB 24 management board member Alexander Sokolov, and Leto Bank management board chairman Dmitry Rudenko.
As Russian Post shareholders think, Dmitry Rudenko will manage the lending institution.
