Charles Taylor, American senator from South Carolina, has divulged details about transferring his controlling stake in the Russian IVANOVO bank for the ownership of the FINANCIAL GUARANTY company which is also under his control. Charles Taylor has invested roughly $5.0 million in the IVANOVO bank. The senator now expects Russian regulatory authorities to approve the transfer of shares. IVANOVO has R72.5 million in charter capital, R83.5m in bank stock and R452.5m in assets.
