In the third quarter of 2006, the SUDOSTROITELNY BANK (Moscow) is to draw $15—25 million in debut syndicated loan from a group of foreign banks. The interest rate is projected at LIBOR+3.0%. The bank is currently negotiating syndication with 10 German, British and Canadian banks. After drawing the loan, the bank plans to issue Eurobonds to be placed at the very beginning of 2007.
