Russias Federal Anti-Monopoly Service has adjusted a list of banks that provide consumer lending information to their clients under standard terms. The service has added ten more banks to existing 50. These are VLADBUSINESSBANK, RUSSIAN REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT BANK, URALSIB, VOLOGDABANK, ROSBUSINESSBANK, NAVIGATOR, IZHLADABANK, SURGUTNEFTEGAZBANK, EUROPEAN TRUST BANK and KAMKOMBANK. Recommendations to bring information into the open were published in May 2005. Banks are to provide full and reliable data on consumer lending terms in a standard form that will enable potential borrowers to compare services of different banks before signing a credit agreement.
