PRIME-TASS. Dhignfinolhu Holding Ltd. pulled out of Novatek, Prime-TASS wires quoting the Russian companys official statement.
At the same time, Cyprus-based SWGI Growth Fund Ltd. upped its interest in Novatek from 11.6473% including GDRs to 15.4004% including GDRs. Novatek learned about the changes on April 28, 2011.
As the media wired, in December 2010 Dhignfinolhu Holding acquired on behalf of Gazprombank from Gazprom a 100% interest in Zgg Cayman holding that owns 285,508,031 common shares (9.4% of the charter capital) of Novatek. The transaction price equaled Rub 57.46 bln.
Novateks major shareholders (Gennady Timchenko and Leonid Mikhelson) received through their joint venture Hibridge Ventures Ltd. an option to buy said 9.4% within two years.
