Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Tatiana Paramonova, former first deputy chairwoman of the Central Bank of Russia, his envoy in the National Banking Board. Arkady Dvorkovich, head of the presidential expert department, and Igor Shuvalov, presidential aide, are presidential envoys in the NBB along with Tatiana Paramonova.
