The Moscow PETROCOMMERCE bank sold 610,000 shares (100% of the charter capital) in the Moldovan UNIBANK. Each share has a nominal value of 200 Moldovan lei. Shares were sold for 396.67 Moldovan lei ($34.47) apiece to the Austrian investment fund, VCP CAPITAL PARTNERS UNTERNEHMENSBERATUNGS AG. The deal is put at 241.97m lei ($21m). The Austrian fund won the tender that was held on September 24, 2007. Settlements were finalized on September 28, 2007.
