The Moscow specialized mortgage bank DELTACREDIT has increased its charter capital by R1.2 billion. Its equity capital grew to R2.9 billion. The bank increased its charter capital by issuing an additional 742 million common registered electronic shares. Each share has a nominal value of R1.0. Shares were issued in favour of the sole bank shareholder, the SOCIETE GENERALE international financial group.
