Moscow’s PROMSVYAZBANK has provided a R200-million, three year credit to the CARCADE leasing company. The company will use the funds to buy foreign-made vehicles to lease them further. CARCADE is rated among the top ten Russian leasing companies in terms of capital. Its branches operate in 25 Russian cities.
