The BANK OF MOSCOW will soon issue up to 100,000 VISA Electron cards that can also be used to pay for Moscow subway travel. The cards will be issued to participants in wage projects and holders of the banks credit cards. The banks commission fee is R10 per month, if the owner made at least one trip on the card in the predefined period. No commission is charged if the card was not used to pay for subway travel in the course of a month. The bank may be obtained at any branch of the BANK OF MOSCOW as a supplement to the wage card. The annual service fee is $5.
