FINANSBANKs Control The Russian FINANSBANK is to come under the Dutch FINANSBANKs control. FINANS INTERNATIONAL HOLDING N. V. (the Netherlands) holds the largest stake in the Russian FINANSBANK, (98%). FINANS INTERNATIONAL HOLDING N. V., part of the FINANSBANK GROUP (FIBA GROUP) established in Amsterdam, owns and manages eight European banks of the group. However, the FIBA GROUP recently sold its main asset, the Turkish FINANSBANK A. S. bank, which owned FINANS INTERNATIONAL HOLDING N. V., to the Greek NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE. FIBA GROUP is to buy up most of assets outside Turkey, including the Russian FINANSBANK, as part of the deal. A 51% stake will be transferred from the Russian FINANSBANK to the Dutch FINANSBANK which is fully owned by FINANS INTERNATIONAL HOLDING after the Central Bank of Russia approves the deal.
