According to the survey conducted by the IMA CONSULTING for car lending and quality of car loan consulting services in Moscow banks, INTERNATIONAL MOSCOW BANK (IMB) is the top bank among 22 Russian banks in terms of advisory services for car loans, the bank’s press service said. The survey used the mystery shopping method and was conducted from May 18 to May 31, 2007. Two units of every bank put on the list of 22 banks were selected. Bank units were selected so that one of them was located in the centre of Moscow and the other operated at a distance of two stations from the circular metro line. The quality of car loan consulting services provided by front office personnel was also assessed. The mystery shopping method was applied in two ways: by phone and during a personal visit. The average meaning for all banks was 70%. The average mark for the quality of consulting services in IMB units was 92%.
