In 2008, NOMOS BANKs regional network will further expand by adding 18 new branches and 16 additional offices, the banks press service reported. The number of its branches will rise to 38, that of additional offices, including the Moscow one, to 44. According to the regional network expansion program, the new branches will be located in Belgorod, Barnaul, Cheboksary, Ulyanovsk, Kursk, Ufa, Ryazan, Kaliningrad, Kaluga, Vologda, Tver, Arkhangelsk, Lipetsk, Kemerovo, Rostov-on-Don, Tomsk, Kazan and Tyumen. In addition, NOMOS BANK will expand its presence in the market of banking services of several regions by opening additional offices. Out of 16 additional offices due to open in 2008, only six will operate in the Moscow region. According to Natalya Matyunina, the senior vice president of the bank, there is a huge demand for financial products from business in Russias periphery. There is also «an obvious deficit of financial establishments, capable of providing full-blown financing to enterprises and companies, complete with the complex services of project financing, leasing, factoring, and bond loans. NOMOS BANK believes that the development of its regional network will help satisfy that demand.
