ZAO RAIFFEISENBANK AUSTRIA (Moscow) and the Moscow loan broker FOSBOURNE HOME have signed an agreement to implement a joint mortgage lending program for individuals. As part of the program, RAIFFEISENBANK reduced interest rates on mortgage loans by 0.5% and the maximum commission for opening credits to clients who apply for bank’s credits through FOSBOURNE HOME. So, the commission is set at $2,000 or R60,000 for Moscow clients and $1,000 or R30,000 for RAIFFEISENBANK’s regional clients. The program operates not only in Moscow but also St. Petersburg, Nizhni Novgorod, Yekaterinburg and Novorossiisk.
