Moscow’s HOME CREDIT bank, one of the leaders of the Russian consumer credit market, has signed a cooperation agreement with the company AZHUR AUDIT. The partnership of the companies aims to simplify the tax rebate procedure for bank clients. HOME CREDIT mortgage borrowers may enjoy a 15% discount on the «Personal Audit» service, provided by the company AZHUR AUDIT. The service makes it possible to obtain a tax rebate on real estate deals without approaching tax bodies. Under the joint program, AZHUR AUDIT will ensure the bank’s mortgage borrowers the filling in and submission of tax receipts and related applications, the receipt of notice for a tax agent (employer) to obtain a rebate at workplace, control over the timely transfer of funds from the budget to a borrower’s account, the out-of-court settlement of conflict situations, the reimbursement of R130,000 from the budget as a tax rebate when buying real estate and 13% of the interest paid on credit.
